Ok, since people can't get it to work, I'll post some directions. If you can follow these directions and still cannot get it to work, post your problem here and any errors you might get.
1. Download the zip file
2. Unzip the zipfile to any folder
3. Goto your Halo Trial directory (default[c:\Program Files\Microsoft Games\Halo Trial])
4. Inside you Halo Trial folder, rename halo.exe to halo-orig.exe(or anything else...this is just to make a backup)
5. Open the folder that you extracted the zip file to
6. Copy and paste the trial.devmode+boomfix+console.exe into your Halo Trial folder
7. Rename trial.devmode+boomfix+console.exe to halo.exe
8. Close all your open windows and start halo trial....you now have console, devmode, and haloboom fix everytime you start halo

To use sightjacker, you must have halo trial open first. Minimize, open sightjacker, maximize, use the hotkeys....its that easy. There is a read-me for more info.
As far as dev commands, you can google. I included a list of almost all the dev commands in the game...although its not complete. Don't ask me how to use it in this thread, I will not help you.
Final note....you must have the new halo.exe or else sightjacker will NOT work! SightJacker uses dev commands....
Final final note....not all dev commands work client side or even in multiplayer...again...I won't help since google is there for you when I am not.
